The 10 Energy Incarnations of  Lord Shiva

Lord Shiva is popularly known as the Lord of the destruction of evil forces of the universe. For the purpose of destroying the evil forces, he had taken 10 incarnations. He transformed his holy energy into the form of ten goddesses. The names of his ten incarnations along with the name of forms of his energy (shakti) is mentioned below:

1- Mahakal whose energy (shakti) is called  Mahakali.

2- Tar whose energy (shakti) is called Taradevi.

3- Bal Bhubanes whose energy is called Bala Bhubanesi.

4- Sodash Srividyesh whose energy is called Shodashi Sribidya.

5- Bhairav whose energy is called Bhairabi.

6- Chhinnamastak whose energy is called Chhinnamasta.

7- Dhumban whose energy is called Dhumawati.

8- Bagalamukh whose energy is called Bagalamukhi.

9- Matang whose energy is called Matangi.

10- Kamal whose energy is called Kamala

All these above ten incarnations are to give his devotees all types of material happiness including liberation also as per their wishes and devotion.
